When I needed a new roof Charles was my choice for honest, dependable, diligent work. He was here to see the job completed from start to finish. He met with my insurance adjuster and showed them damage they weren’t even considering damaged. Charles found interior damage that I was not aware of and showed it to the adjuster which amounted to additional funds! He was able to upgrade my shingles for the same amount the adjuster paid. I have used Charles for several projects on my home including hail damage which required a new roof and gutters, and repair of my patio, gazebo, and windows. He did a great job and did all the back and forth with the insurance company and the paperwork. I didn’t have to take any time off work to come home and deal with “stuff.” Charles is smart and knows his business. I am getting ready to do major work on my house. He is the only person I will call. If he’s not available I will wait. As an older single woman I trust Charles and his people to do the job correctly without me having to be home while the work is done and to do it on time for the agreed upon price. Charles did an absolutely amazing job on the remodel of my kitchen. The wood cabinets stain came out perfect. He was able to get my quartz countertop for the price I had budgeted for granite. Love the stainless appliances, my farm sink, and the backsplash is awesome. Replaced all carpet with laminate and so many have mistaken it for hardwood. My stack stone fireplace is exactly like the picture I gave him and said “like this”. Easy to work with, stays on budget and time.

This company was awesome! The owner and his crew are down to earth, listened to my concerns, addressed ALL of the concerns, and was up front and candid about my home’s needs and the costs! Very transparent, kept his word, and followed thru on the contractual agreement, while staying in communication throughout the entire project and even thereafter! Did an amazing job using high quality products. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job done at a very reasonable price!
